I need to create a black list in the application trust level,

I create 10 rules, but I need to give two for one gruop kit, and other 2 o 3 for other group,

Is it possible, or I need to assign all the black list to all the user??

I believe that the "built-in" blacklist is part of the Desktop Policy, which makes it one blacklist for all the groups you have that use the same Rule modules/policies. You could do pretty much the same thing by just creating a rule module that stops whatever application you wan't blacklisted using application control rules, with this you could do different blacklists for different policies.
