Dear all,

I have two inside exhanges each with different domain, with two IPs in same VLAN and i have one internet line with real IPs pool in same subnet.

I publish each exchange with a real IP,also, i publish two inside DOMAIN & DNS servers with 2 differnet real IPs(each for each domain).

Problems comes up when one user from one of the two exchanges send a mail to the other user in the other exchange and the other user recieve it, but when the other user send a mail to the first user, the first user don't recieve it.

if there is any suggestions.

Would you mind clarifying the following:

1. What is Exchange? Microsoft Exchange mail servers?

2. Where is the firewall in the flow?

3. Is the problem not being able to resolve FQDN?

4. a simple topology with IP addresses involved would be good.

I am still having trouble understanding what the problem is.

Two exchange servers are unable to send e-mails to the other - only one way.

Why do you think this is the firewall problem?

Doesn't this flow happen completely on the inside? The firewall should not come into the picture at all.
