      <description>&lt;P&gt; hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; This first time i touch nac appliance so i need guide from you all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1- DB error Profiler using version 2.1.8.37 factory default version .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.2- Try access using GUI &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://ip_profiler" target="_blank"&gt;https://ip_profiler&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and appear DB error .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4- Profiler&amp;nbsp; license for HA .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5- this DB error appear at second for primary profiler not ready configure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now my problem for DB error solve but i have another problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1- needed upgrade version profiler 2.x.x to the latest version 3.x..x .My problem is when using putty.exe or winscp328.exe&amp;nbsp; to access the profiler using ssh ,failed access to profiler .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2-Reset configuration and change the new username &amp;amp; password but still same can't log in using putty or winscp328 but successful using &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://ip_profiler"&gt;https://ip_profiler&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3- here&amp;nbsp; my step reconfigure factory for profiler .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1-/root/.resetProfiler factory&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2-reconfigure all database profiler&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing the beacon and root system user account password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1-passwd beacon&amp;nbsp; -change the beacon password (cisco123)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2- Passwd root&amp;nbsp; - change the root password (cisco123)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any idea ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
