    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;By Ciscoworks you must mean Cisco Security Manager (CSM). Some updates take a painfully long time to complete (like the dreaded 5 to 6 upgrade on a 4215, some never finish). If your sensor is alive there are two things you can do to clear it's status in CSM:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Rediscover your sensor using "Inventory only" This will keep your CSM settings but clear all the CSM pending updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Delete and rediscover your sensor. This is a more drastic method as you have to repopulate all your CSM assigned policies and settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently whe i am trying to install the signature updates for some my IDS box using Cisco works dueing signature update on of my sensor not responded in time so i deleted the sensor from the updated list.now how can i vew my sensor in my next signature update list&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iam not sure by CiscoWorks what you mean ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cisco Security Manager supports sig updates to IPS sensors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please clarify on what product you are using for sigupdates .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
