hi all,

is it possible to migrate and share Objects from one security context to an other one?

I can do it manualy via CLI, but if I change an oblect in one context, the same object in the other context is wont be modified. any idea, or it's not possible?

cheers

Hi,

I don't believe this is possible. Security contexts can be thought of as completely separate firewalls. So, just as two physical ASAs cannot share configs (excluding failover), two contexts have no way to share configurations.

As you mentioned, you'll have to manually change configs for both contexts.

Hope that helps.

-Mike
