topic Migrating Public IPs, can't NAT multiple publics to one private in Network Security

I have a web server that is NAT'd to an public IP. We are migrating to a new public IP address block. We have a DNS domain pointing to this old public IP. I can't NAT the server to both IPs so when I make the DNS/NAT change it can't work on both IPs. Hence some people's whose DNS haven't udpated yet just won't get to us...I would like to somehow get the server working on both IPs...

Add a secondary IP on the server or add another NIC and NAT the new IP translation to it.

Hope that helps.
