"Malloc" is short for "memory allocation".

I would start by checking the output of 'show mem detail' and 'show blocks' while the problem is occurring.

-Mike

Hi everyone

Had a couple of riverbed devices which were causing lots of SSL malloc errors on the ASA firewalls. Theyve been taken out for now but theres still malloc errors but nowhere near as much. When there were loads of malloc errors Webvpn connection were being affected but theyre ok now. tried looking up "malloc errors" but cant seem to find anything.

Can anyone give me an idea of what might be causing these?

Thanks
