    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the line:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;access-list outgoing permit tcp host client host server eq 8081&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doesn't work, then there is something else going on.  The pix is not a proxy and doesn't perform enough inpection to verify that the traffic is https.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you telnet to the port?  What do the logs say?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I need access to webpage that have HTTPS on 8081 port. I make an access rule to permit this port outgoing but page dont work. How can say to PIX 515E 6.3(3) that protocol are https on non standard port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
