Hi,

Internal users can access FTP server using it's public IP but external users can't access the same server using the same public IP. I have a nat statement as follow

(LAN-Inside) to (AT&T) source static FTP-Server-Private A_12.218.61.83 dns
where the FTP-Server-Private is the object of private IP address of the server

A_12.218.61.83 is the public IP address

I have been working with Cisco support to examine my ASA5512 but they are saying that the traffic is passing through the ASA just fine and it is a problem with the FTP server. I am not convinced because I can access the FTP just fine from internal address. If there is a problem in the server side, it wouldn't work for all users. Can anyone shed some light into this please.
