      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   I am first time installing the CSA 5.1 , I have install CSA MC successfully , but when i install the CSA Agent on Desktop or Server the Agent is not able to contact the CSA MC though they are on same lan ...pls &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;guide me what alse has to be done to allow the communication between CSA MC and Desktop Client . Ihave use Desktop Agent CSA utility for Desktop &amp;amp; Server Agent CSA utility for Servers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have even shutdown all windows firewall and Third party security and tested the connectivity&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regrds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sachin&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you uploaded the license files yet?  They can't register if there aren't any licenses.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They also need to be able to resolve the MC using a FQDN.  NetBIOS will work, but not with the best results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;They need to be able to resolve the MC using the FQDN.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can they find it with nslookup using servername.domain?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's not in your DNS you could use a hosts entry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
