Keep in mind that any port you open allows for an attacker a door into your network.       <title>Port 4697?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is opening port 4697 ok/secure?  Using ASA 5520.  It is the only port that will allow me to connect, remotely, to my SQL server via SQL Server Management Studio.  I tried 1433 &amp;amp; 1434, but to know avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA  &lt;/P&gt;</description>
