Pix 535 High CPU Utilization

We have upgraded pix 535 from 6.3 to 7.2 after which we are seeing high CPU utiliztion, system has 1Gb of RAM. If we verify in the pix it says more of the process is taken by "Dispatch Unit". pls can some help on this.

Do you have esmtp inspection enabled?

policy-map global_policy

class inspection_default

inspect esmtp

If so, I would try disabling it temporarily and see if that resolves the issue.

high cpu utilization could be either cos of logging/ bug/ deep inspection enabled.. thought of sharing the link for troubleshooting perfomance issues.
