Hi Community,

I have question regarding ASA5510 version 8.04

I have a physical interface with 4 subinterfaces. Now I have to move three of these subinterfaces to another physical interface and also all the objects and rules applied to them. Is there a possibility to do this in a smart way without losing something.

Best regards,

Marco

You should remove the ACL from the interface, move the interface, then reapply the ACL to the interface. As long as IP/subnet(s) of the interfaces don't change, you'll be good to go.
