You need to open a TAC SR and someone from the licensing team should be able to assist you right away.       <description>&lt;P&gt;ok i got the ASA up and running and our license PAK came in and it says to go to &lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="http://cisco.com/go/license" target="_blank"&gt;http://cisco.com/go/license&lt;/A&gt;  which i do run through like the wizard, at the end i get this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wrong Sku(s) 'ASA5510-SEC-PL=' for 'ASA5510-AIP10-K9'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Serial Number = xxxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wrong platform; upgrade requested IS NOT allowed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you would like any assistance in the resolution of this issue, please open a Service Request using the TAC Service Request Tool at &lt;/P&gt;</description>
