    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The memory statistics in IDS 4.1 are not very accurate.  They are based on the information that is used to calculate free memory in the "top" program.  Unfortunately, "free" memory isn't a very good indication of "available" memory.  If you run "top" from a service account, you need to add "free" and "cached" to get the actual amount of available memory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no processes to kill to retrieve memory...the system is pared down already.  Resetting the sensor is the recommended action if you feel memory is exhausted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
