    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, i'm working in a Cisco Premier Partner. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Costumer, we bought an IPS4240 with Cisco Services for IPS. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service contract is registered under my name and i administer it, now they want to take ownership and control over the contract. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can i register them so they can access the contract, monitor it, renew it...etc. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I apppreciate your help &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fady&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to work with Cisco Account/Channel Manager to get it done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing the ownership of the device to another party, i,e Cisco partner vs. customer, I think the Customer need to subscribe to Cisco for the support purposes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
