      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  Im some confused with that, us IDS was failing suddenly(we restarted it to work again), but the las time that failed and we restarted, appeared a message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  Error: Cannot communicate with authenticationApp (getUserAccountConfig). Please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;contact your system administrator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would you like to run cidDump?[no]:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we put it "NO", and after that the IDS stoped tu work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is somebody could suggest me anything agout this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As dipicted by you bug id CSCsc77289 which is resolved and verified by cisco development team in 5.0(6)and 5.1(2).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    I am still fasing the cidDump issue in 7.0(1)E3. What could be the problem as this problem still persist. Are you getting this message from a sensor that has had time to fully boot (5 min worst case)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
