PIX UPGRADE FAILED

hello, on a PIx 515

when i try to apply the upgrade procedure i have this message :

Rebooting....

i'am stuck in it. do ypu have any ideas ?

Hi,

Based on the error message, it looks like your Flash Memory is corrupted and most likely need to replace the chassis.

Please open a TAC Case and they should be able to RMA you a new chassis provided the existing chassis is under warranty.
