Hi,

I have created a Vpdn connection in the router with the IOS of : IOS (tm) 3600 Software (C3660-IK9O3S-M), Version 12.3(1a)

for the remote VPN users i have given MSchap as the authentication

our problem is users using the windows VISTA as a operating system cannot able to access the remote VPN but the users using Windows XP able to LOGIN

Please suggest me for the above issue

Hello vinoth

Are you getting any errors on the router ? did you do a debug ? If it connects with XP, i dont think there will be any configuration errors on the router.. It might just be a OS support issue on this particular version of the Cisco IOS software.. refer to release notes and see if there are any limitations..

since we are using router ios for connecting remote VPN is there any problem on this

I have done same configuraion as like XP OS but i not able to connect from VISTA
