Greeting

I am trying to create a readonly user who can access ASA5520 by using ADSM client.

However, it is not working as I expected. my ASA5520 has more than one contents, but, the readonly user can only see the first content, not the rest.

Could I get some advice on these? do I need create same user accounts on every content? do I need set AAA feature for every content also?

Any comments will be appreciated

Thanks in advance

The Authorization tab lets you control access per user after you authenticate with a valid username and password. You can configure the security appliance to authorize management commands.

The Predefined User Account Privileges Setup pane displays a list of commands and privileges ASDM issues to the security appliance if you click Yes. Yes allows ASDM to support the three privilege levels: Admin, Read Only and Monitor Only.

Refer the below URL to set ASA5520 for read only mode:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa72/asdm52/user/guide/devaccss.html#wp1218050
