Tight vnc and Ultra vnc are used for connecting one computer virtually to the other and the error you have mentioned is not related to ASA.So check the documentation for Tight vnc or Ultra vnc that you are using for the issues with them.

has anyone used ultravnc instead of vnc to remotely access servers after connectiong through WebVPN?

The issue I have, is that we use Ultravnc on our servers that requires a username and password from an AD Group. With tightvnc that is in the ASA, If i try entering parameters of a username and password, I get the error "unknown security type"

Anyone using Ultravnc?

i think what hes asking for it if anyone knows of or a way to get to work an ultravnc plugin instead of tightvnc.

One way to work around this would be to set up a smart tunnel for the ultravnc viewer and carry the exe around in a flash drive.
