      <title>Pix 8.0.4 transparent mode</title>
      <link>https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-security/pix-8-0-4-transparent-mode/m-p/1065656#M895798</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I want to use a pix in transparent mode to segregate two VLANs from the rest of the network. All the VLANs are being routed at the core 6500s. How can I insert the Pix transparently for those VLANs to still retain the 6500s for routing? I'm guessing I would have to subinterface the Pix (it only has two interfaces) to accomodate both VLANs. Any ideas or recommendations? Running 8.0.4 code on a Pix 515.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
