Ciscoworks Daemon manager not starting

Greetings,

I have installed Ciscoworks vms ver 2.3 on a windows 2000 box and can start all services except the ciscoworks daemon manager. I have tried reinstalling and verifying permissions but still have the same problem. any ideas?

Try rebooting the server or try stopping/ restarting Daemon manager manually.if it still gives problem try to overide the domain policy

Hi,

maybe the user of Ciscoworks was erased or was disabled. Verify the status of the CW user on Windows. I guess the user is named casuser.
