    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before you reinstall, I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of IPS MC software if you are not there already.  That may address the issue you're seeing.       <title>IPS5x page error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I imorted my 5.x IPS sensor into my VMS system and click on the IPS 5.x Signature page, the following message is showing:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Object loading failed. SignatureGroups(boolean): Unable to load and parse signature groups document. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to re-importor delete and import the sensor back, but the sameerroe appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any Idea?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If rebooting the machine and/ or restarting the services does not solve the problem, and if the problem has always existed, then usually the fastest way to get it solved is to reinstall the application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
