IPS5x page error

Hi,

As I imorted my 5.x IPS sensor into my VMS system and click on the IPS 5.x Signature page, the following message is showing:

Object loading failed. SignatureGroups(boolean): Unable to load and parse signature groups document.

I tried to re-importor delete and import the sensor back, but the sameerroe appears.

Any Idea?

This error message usually indicates a database problem. If rebooting the machine and/ or restarting the services does not solve the problem, and if the problem has always existed, then usually the fastest way to get it solved is to reinstall the application.

Before you reinstall, I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of IPS MC software if you are not there already. That may address the issue you're seeing. You should be at IPS MC 2.2:

Thank you jbolling you hit the nail on the head. I upgraded just as you suggested and the problem is corrected.
