      <title>Syslog on Managment-Interface of ASA</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I want to enable syslog logging on my ASA,&amp;nbsp; the syslog server is connected into my ASA mgmt-int.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I tried a lot, the asa is not sending any logs into the syslog-server.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you&amp;nbsp;see my config and comment, where the issue could be&amp;nbsp;? is that really issue of Management-Int ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;logging enable&lt;BR /&gt;logging timestamp&lt;BR /&gt;no logging hide username&lt;BR /&gt;logging standby&lt;BR /&gt;logging trap informational&lt;BR /&gt;logging host management 192.168.1.100&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to take captures on ASA and see if it is sending syslog?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;cap &amp;lt;name of capture&amp;gt; interface &amp;lt;nameif of man interface&amp;gt; match udp any any 512.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also just issue command "logging on", if it still doesn't send syslog.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
