Getting Netflow through a FWSM

I have a router I'd like to get netflow data from. I see drops on the FWSM -

%FWSM-3-106010: Deny inbound udp src Outside:(outside IP)/54995 dst Inside:10.62.5.252/2055

Here are my ACL entries to allow this traffic:

access-list Outside_In extended permit ip host ceada3845-ext host ceadamgt04

access-list Outside_In extended permit udp host ceada3845-ext host ceadamgt04

I know the netflow stuff in the router is correct because I see the drops. Any help will be appreciated.

I am also interested in this answer. I had the same type of acl with no luck.
