Would you please give the series of the router that can open 500-1000 VPN tunels . Also I need a report of its feature and its picture as soon as possible .

From the ASA range you'd be looking at a 5520 or 5540: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6120/prod_models_comparison.html

or you could get a VPN Shared Port Adapter (SPA) for a 7600 Series router or Cat6500 switch: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/modules/ps6267/7600S_6500S_IPSec_VPN_SPA_DS_ps8768_Products_Data_Sheet.html

This is over the top for you because it will do up to 2.5 Gbps of AES and 3DES, or up to 8000 tunnels.
