If archiving is not setup then the logs should show something a user logged in at certain time

If logs are overwritten you still maybe able to see something with below commands depending on IOS version

show users

show connection

show sessions

how to setup archiving for future

Then you need to have archive

Then you need to have archive enabled to see who had logged in , there is no command that records users automatically it needs to be setup first on the device

archive is how you do it if you don't have an application like ise or acs that would record users logging into devices and store it for admins to see
