I have an enterprise wide network with ASA 5545s. I need to centrally mange those devices. What tools are available from Cisco?

The systems needs to be releasable to NATO.

Does Cisco FireSIGHT Management Center work?

Have a look at Cisco Security

Have a look at Cisco Security Manager. It will allow managing policy, configuration across ASAs.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/security/security-manager/datasheet-c78-735775.html

I believe FireSight Management Center can only manage the older sourcefire appliances and firepower modules.

I have read some where Cisco plan to merge the capabilities into one product likely FireSight Management- wouldn't quote me on that as I can't find it.

Joel has it right.

Joel has it right.

CSM is the current centralized management tool specific to Cisco ASAs. It does not manage the FirePOWER modules per se (nor the Cisco /.Sourcefire FirePOWER and AMP appliances) - that's the area that Firepower Management Center (new name as of version 6.0) covers.

In the long term the two will merge but that will be some time coming.
