      <title>Cisco Security Manager 4.10 failed install</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am running Cisco Security Manager 4.8 sp1&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded both CSM 4.9 and 4.10 but when I try to install either I get:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;installscript setup launcher unicode has stopped working&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;any ideas what to do&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
