Hi,

I have the following configuration ,

but it does not working ,

logging enable
no snmp-server location
no snmp-server contact

snmp-server host INSIDE 192.168.2.1 trap community passwordd
snmp-server enable traps syslog
logging history notifications

please help

Did you let us know the Debug output for snmp ,

Run this command .

"debug snmp event"

"debug snmp error"

"debug snmp packet"

You can see the snmp packet where its getting failed and why

there is no command as you suggested

conf t

debug snmp ?

all Enable all debug outputs
errors Enable error outputs
mts Enable dump of MTS Packets and Headers
notif-errors Enable Notif thread debug error outputs
notif-trace Enable Notif thread debug trace outputs
pkt-dump Enable pkt dump debug outputs
req-latency-time Enable logging of time taken by mib object processing
trace Enable trace-level debug outputs
