&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's not necessary to rebuild the whole server just for changing the locale.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What you've to do is after change the default locale to US english, you've to&amp;nbsp;copy settings to welcome screen, syste&amp;nbsp;accounts and new user accounts. Please have a look&amp;nbsp;to the screenshot below.&lt;BR /&gt;That worked properly for me.&lt;/P&gt;
