Cisco Security Manager Installation Error "Unsupported Local"

I am trying to install Cisco Security Manager and getting error message " You are trying to install on an Unsupported locale, tried to change the Langue l from English UK to English USA, still getting the same error, Any help is appreciated.

It's OK, fixed it by

It's OK, fixed it by rebuilding server with US Local as default and not changing to UK. Changing to US after initially using UK Locale does not work even though Cisco documents this change in the CSM Install Guide.

It's not necessary to rebuild the whole server just for changing the locale.

What you've to do is after change the default locale to US english, you've to copy settings to welcome screen, syste accounts and new user accounts. Please have a look to the screenshot below.
That worked properly for me.
