Cannot reset Pix 515e using TFTP TFTP failed (return:-1 arg:0x0)

Hello

I'm trying to reset my pix 515E (w/o floppy).

monitor> add 10.10.10.23

address 10.10.10.23

monitor> server 10.10.20.12

server 10.10.20.12

monitor> file np61.bin

file np61.bin

monitor> gateway 10.10.10.1

gateway 10.10.10.1

monitor> ping 10.10.20.12

Sending 5, 100-byte 0xa773 ICMP Echoes to 10.10.20.12, timeout is 4 seconds:

Success rate is 0 percent (0/5)

monitor> tftp

tftp np61.bin@10.10.20.12 via 10.10.10.1

TFTP failed (return:-1 arg:0x0)

Weird thing is that pinging doesn't work and even pinging to itself doesn't even work.

monitor> ping 10.10.10.23

Sending 5, 100-byte 0xa774 ICMP Echoes to 10.10.10.23, timeout is 4 seconds:

Success rate is 0 percent (0/5)

The firewall is turned off on the TFTP.

Is there a way to to a hard reset on pix 515E without using TFTP or the floppy?

You have to define an interface to work with.

Double check the link it is all there.

e.i 0 would be outside interface

monitor>interface 0

monitor>address 10.10.10.23

etc.. etc..

see if that works.
