      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to use the Cisco SDM version 2.5.&amp;nbsp; I installed the software on a PC running Windows XP service pack 3.&amp;nbsp; When I launch the application, I get the screen shown below.&amp;nbsp; I have no idea what I may have done wrongly.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.cisco.com/legacyfs/online/legacy/5/0/7/160705-SDM%20error.JPG" alt="SDM error.JPG" class="jive-image-thumbnail jive-image" height="540" onclick="" width="583" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help recommend a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;that's right, with Java supported version we should have active content enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open Internet Explorer, Go to Tools &amp;gt; Internet Options &amp;gt; Advanced. Under the security section, select the second option "Allow active content to run in files on My computer" and in some cases "Allow active content to install software even if the signature is invalid" (it is right below the other option).
