Hi,

I got one problem in ACS report. I create the one favourites report. Then i insert

24415 User authentication against Active Directory failed since user account is locked out in Failure reason. then I click on edit favourites. After than i check again in this favourites again and failure reasone is gone. If i use 24415 only on failure reason, it is ok. But report cannot filter.

This is a typical browser issue. I think you using Chrome and ACS 5 is not friendly with it.

If you not using any of the below browser that might be your issue.

The above mentioned browsers are supported only with one of the following cipher suits:

– –TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA

– –TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA

– –RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA

I know this in fact because I was a lead for the AAA team in Cisco and this was a very common situation.
