ISE Server lost WEB Interface connectivity

Good afteroon,

I'm initially building an ISE Server for the first time and I was following an SOP guide provided by another branch office of my organization. I was able to successfully configure the initial CLI and I was in the middle of researching information to obtain a patch bundle when the web connection to my ISE Server suddenly went down. Initially, I got a 500 error and that turned into a 403 error. I tried to ssh into the server through putty, but I couldn't. I was able to ssh into it from other ISE Server (which is even less configured) and I'm currently looking through the logs to see if I can make anything out.

I can still ping the system, but I'm unsure of how to get the web interface back.

With further troubleshooting, I found ip host (null) after the ip default-gateway on my show running-config

The IOS I'm running is 1.3.0.876.

Post the output of the show application status ise command from the CLI.

I actually started over from scratch again because of time restraints. If the issue comes back up, I'll copy the output you mention and go from there.

If you still run into issues that you can validate the application logs:
