Windows 2000 or XP (SP 2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;?	2 Gig of memory&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;?	Java 1.5 (&lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/java2" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/java2&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;?	Firefox? browser installed, do not try to use IE it doesn?t work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may also find that not many other Cisco java based apps work very well wither, so beware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.	Uninstall java&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.	Make sure, that you have all 'plugins-object' related uninstalled/deleted:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.	Explorer &amp;gt; Internet Options &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Settings... &amp;gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;View Objects... &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.	Reinstall java 1.5 (from above link)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and then set the following as below in Java (-Xmx256M) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now try to connect to the IDS via &lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="https://" target="_blank"&gt;https://&lt;/A&gt; etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>IDM access problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have problem with access via https to IPS 4215 5.0(1)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when connecting Iam prompted for username and password when i login - java applet starting to load but than IE window is suddently closed.. I tried install, unistall JRE 1.4.2 and 1.5 with same result, I also tried Firefox nad Netscape with same result...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried different computer with same result..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My PC is in Access-list for access&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to re-generate TLS  cert with command tls generate-key but access is still not working..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SSH access works great... It looks its something wrong with web server..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea how to fix this..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;M.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
