not able to access firepower chassis manager 4100

Hi all,

We are not able to access the firepower chassis manager GUI. Though we can ping and ssh the firepower management IP address but not able to access the firepower chassis manager.

any help on the same would be highly appreciated. badly stuck with it.

When you say you can ssh to "the firepower management IP" do you mean the chassis or the Firepower logical device running on the chassis?

Can you share a screen shot of the session when you are logged into the device via ssh to confirm?

Hello Vaibhav - did this question ever get answered?

If not you may want to open a tac case. To my knowledge the logs needed to identify the issue are only available by uploading a chassis bundle.

If this is not possible then you may want to attempt a cold restart of the appliance.

We have been experiencing this issue for a while. I am able to login to the console CLI with admin credentials so I'm hopeful there is a resolution besides a cold restart. That's unacceptable as an answer.
