I haven't experienced customer s requiring that degree of administrative separation personally. Better to ask your Cisco account SE if you need customer references.

VRFs are not currently supported in any Firepower appliance or software. They may be in a future release but Cisco has not announced such support yet so it's too soon to say for sure.

One can currently segregate traffic using zones or, for more robust separation, use the multi-instance features on the Firepower 4100 and 9300 series appliances. (Multi-instance is not available on the 2100 series and I'm told it never will be due to hardware limitations.)
