Our firepower has the following two wrong reports. What are the reasons for the operation of equipment?
1:URL Filtering Monitor URL Filtering download failure

2: Smart License Monitor  Smart agent communication error with Smart Licensing Cloud. thank you for your reply!</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I couldn't see the error attached but it seems like your fmc might have connectivity issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using proxy or passing the traffic of fmc via firewall or sal&amp;nbsp; decryption in between, you can try bypassing them or make sure following urls are explicitly allowed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Service.brightcloud.com port 80&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Database.brightcloud.com port 443&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tools.cisco.com for smart license port 443&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
