Hi All,

When I telnet to a cisco PIX/ASA, I would like to get into privilege 15 automatically after a successful login by typing admin/cisco. I configured the following commands on the PIX but it doesn't work as expected. I still need to type in the enable password.

username admin password cisco privilege 15

aaa authentication telnet console LOCAL

aaa authentication enable console LOCAL

aaa authorization command LOCAL

How can I bypass the enable password? It's very easy to accomplish this goal on a cisco IOS device.

Thanks in advance.

Robert

I don't believe one can do this on an ASA or Pix. A security appliance is just more secure that way.
