The doc says that it should have minimum JRE version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My suggestion will be that you should have atleast minimum version installed i.e. Sun JRE 1.4.2_04 and later upgrade to latest one.
