    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am accessing the Cisco Security Manager(Installed in Windows 2003 server) from a client (Windows XP) but I cannot access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can ping the CSM server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used http and https to access based on the userguide and installation guide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;example from a client machine windows XP i used:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://1.1.1.1:1741" target="_blank"&gt;http://1.1.1.1:1741&lt;/A&gt; or &lt;A href="https://1.1.1.1:443" target="_blank"&gt;https://1.1.1.1:443&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What maybe the cause of this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's possible that one or more of the CSM services has failed. Try logging into the CSM Server and opening the Services manager (Start &amp;gt; Run &amp;gt; services.msc). All of the services starting with "Cisco Security Manager..." should have a status of "Started" if everything is working correctly. (Note: do not change the "Startup Type" values for these services).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If any of the services do not have a status of "Started", you could reboot the server or restart the "Cisco Security Manager Daemon Manager" service to see if the services are able to recover.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Mike&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
