When importing my IOS IPS devices I keep receiving the following errors "Import failed due to exceptionError importing configuration files from the sensor - Unable to import sensor config from IOS IPS: An error occurred while trying to update the registry with information for sensor version 2.001(001)IOS: Error while executing copy ips-sdf command: %IPS: write: I/O error. Please reconfigure the MC's certificate on the device and then try importing the configuration."

I have tried importing them using SSH key from the device and without, SDEE etc. Can anyone please explain why this isn't working. Further note: They imported correctly when using 2.1 but had to upgrade for other reasons. Thanks

For this issue, please check whether the certificate is valid and not expired in the MC. Make sure the time in device and MC are synchronized. If the certificate is valid in MC, then please try remove the device and add it in the MC.

Also, please check whether TFTP is running in the server.
