3des Three key triple DES

aes AES - Advanced Encryption Standard

des DES - Data Encryption Standard (56 bit keys).

What is their operation encryption mode? (e.g. CBC - Cipher Block Chaining or CTR - counter) I can't find it anywhere. I need it extremely (thesis). If you dont know, maybe you know someone, who can help/

Hi,

It will be AES CBC, reference here. When using IKEv2 you can use AES GCM.
