    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hello everyone&lt;BR /&gt;we're running two Cisco ASA 5525-X with firepower services in HA&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;FTD version 6.2.2&lt;BR /&gt;FMC version 6.4.0.4&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I was trying to upgrade to FTD version 6.4.0 but i got the error (remote installation fail)with no further details, a couple of days passed and then i got disk usage Error (capture included)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I freed up some space through CLI in the /tmp and /updates directories which made the errors go away,&lt;BR /&gt;however the disk usage is still higher than normal and it turns out the following directory consumes most of the space "/ngfw/var/sf/clamupd_download/peers" (about 67 GB of SYNC_* files)[capture included]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;is it safe to remove the files in the directotry ? what solution would you suggest ?&lt;BR /&gt;thanks in advance &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Disk Usage Firepower.jpg" style="width: 736px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/64928i8FBF68873F040FB3/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Disk Usage Firepower.jpg" alt="Disk Usage Firepower.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="CLI.png" style="width: 661px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/64927iC5476ACA82080D38/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="CLI.png" alt="CLI.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am suspecting that you might be hitting a defect and would advise against the deletion of any files manually before consulting with TAC. Please reach out to TAC and if possible, keep us posted on the outcome.&lt;/P&gt;
