Username and Password boxes does not display in FTD Chassis Manager

Hello, all:

When i enter into the FTD Chassis Manager, the GUI does not display the boxes "Username and Password ", however it displays the main screen with the "OK" button. The issue is shown in the attached image.

what browser is this ? have you tried others likem Chrome or firefox to confirm ?

Yes, i have tried to connect with Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge and even with Opera, but the behaviour is the same.

Can you please provide FTD version here ? is this after upgrade or new installation ?

The FTD version is 2.2 , and yes, this issue ocurred days after an upgrade of version. It was configured the ASA 9.8 (2) version and i upgraded to 9.8(3)

Your ASA 9.8(3) software should be compatible with FX-OS 2.2 and not affect access to the Firepower Chassis Manager.

You may be hitting a bug though - I would advise opening a TAC case.
