ASA Firepower Module Issue

Dear Team,

I had configured Firepower on out client's site and everything was working Ok untill he called and told me that Firepower wasnt working anymore.

I went and checked and couldnt see any firepower traffic on ASDM. I checked on the Flash ans the Firepower image was missing only the boot image was there though he denied removing it.

I installed another image in the Firewall but still nothing changed.

P,ease advise

Is there anything else I need to do for this to work ?

could you post a show module sfr details output?

run these commands,

show version

show module sfr

what is the ASA model. could be a power-outrage if the client did not touch the configuration etc.

also make sure you have the access-list define to send the traffic to SFR module.

Please note that it worked after doing a full Firepower re-imaging.
