I tried to configure an IEV to receive alarms from the sensor without success. The error message is as follows:

Get Http error return code=404 from 'sensor' in openSubcription().

Hi,

I am not sure if this works for you. With the same error msg, I remove my IEV workstation IP from IDS, and re-add it again.

On IEV, I delete the old entry and create new entry.

Also, check the entry for the IEV workstation, and the ssh key. Check the HTTPS as well, but it should be enabled by default.

Thanks for your prompted response!

As you can see from the attachment, the IDS version I am running does NOT have the capability to add/remove IEV workstation IP, which is normally under the Configuration -> Communication tab. It seems that the newer software does not have that, though. I am not sure whether it is the reason for the problem. Any thought?
