FMC can not stop the process when adding Firepower

I have a question about Firepower jion the FMC. i can be sure network connectivity is normal and the key is match.

but the process is stop 50% and still 115 hours。 it seems like still running 。

How did you fix the problem? without opening case but just killing the process

i open the case about the problem.and get answer as below:

This point to a SFTunnel issue. If the issue happens again you can reset the communication channel between the FMC and FTD

> expert

$ sudo su

# manage_procs.pl

**************** Configuration Utility **************

1 Reconfigure Correlator

2 Reconfigure and flush Correlator

3 Restart Comm. channel

4 Update routes

5 Reset all routes

6 Validate Network

0 Exit

**************************************************************

Enter choice:

Enter choices 5, 4, 3, 2, then 0 to exit.

It seems the process got hung up at some point.

From the logs we can see the below, the sensor got into the unresponsive state.

If an issue re-appear please restart communication channel on the sensor CLI

> expert

$ sudo su

# manage_procs.pl
